About Your Property Inspector

Rob Zorzan owner of Suburban Inspection is a Certified Master Inspector, ICC Certified Building Official, ICC Commercial Inspector, InterNACHI-, and ASHI- Certified. Rob has inspected thousand of properties including many different types of residential and commercial properties over the years. He has also been a licensed electrician since 1993 working in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His focus is on custom detailed reports for his clients with photos backing up all findings. Always holding himself to the highest standards of excellence and professionalism.

By using Suburban Inspection, We encourage your presence during the inspection. Being present at the inspection enables our certified inspector to familiarize you with the property and explain things to you as we perform the inspection. We understand that education is the foundation of successful property inspectors. Our property inspections are conducted with professionalism, respect, and responsibility to our clients.

Our inspector(s) are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® Certified Master Inspector CMI® & International Code Console ICC® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® Certified Master Inspector CMI® & International Code Console ICC® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing. 

 

In order to become certified, our inspector(s) were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the property, including the common and major areas of concern for property buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspector(s) are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only property inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a property is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a property inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
